According to Bright MLS, the marketplace for Great Falls, VA residential properties, here’s what happened in January 2024 Vs December 2023:
The number of sold listings decreased by 33% to 8 properties with a top sale of $3.8 million at 701 Gouldman Ln.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 12% to $1.8 millions and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $370.
The inventory of properties available for sale is measured in month supply and it increased by 43% to 2.75 month worth of properties for sale.
The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 6.7% according to Freddiemac.com
