According to Bright MLS, the marketplace for Potomac, MD residential properties, here’s what happened in February Vs January 2024:
The number of sold listings decreased by 81% to 20 properties with a top sale of $2.45 million at 8904 Iron Gate Ct
The Average Sales Price decreased by 4% to $1.43 million and the Average Price Per Square Foot is $344.
The inventory of properties available for sale is measured in month supply and it decreased by 23% to 1.90 month worth of properties for sale.
The 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at an average rate of 7% according to Freddiemac.com
